KG Solutions is a family run business with over 20 years in the construction and building sector.

10 years ago we saw a change in the traditional routes to market for building products and a huge spike in demand for material samples and this is when the concept for KG Solutions was born.

We experienced first hand the struggle to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable sample provider and decided we were ready to fill that gap.

From then we have grown to become one of the UK’s largest sample provider (for building products) and have continued to expand our service offering.

Not only do we ensure that our operational function delivers the most efficient and cost effective service, we also think commercially and pride ourselves on making sure we understand your unique business needs in order to deliver the best possible service.


Our 2 directors both play an active part in the day to day running of the business and employ a trusted team who understand our mission – to get it right first time.

Yes of course. We have a competitive price per pallet storage rate so if you don’t need our fulfilment services, you can simply pay per pallet to store your goods with us.

Because we’re a small business we can react and adapt quickly – this is adopted in the way that we work – whether you have a 2 step packing process or 12 step, you can consider it done. Think of us as an extension of your own business the goods will be packed and shipped, as if you’d done it by hand yourself.

Yes. We have a small team of trusted external partners who we work with regularly.

We can project manage the whole project or put you in contact with our network of freelance designers and printers.

Hand finishing goods is one the largest parts of our business and we’re always happy to quote new customers and products (even if it’s not samples that we’re packing). We’ve previously had contracts to pack Christmas hampers, repackage screws and relabelling existing packaging, so we’re happy to speak to you about your individual requirements.
